2001 Toyota Tundra Radio Not Working

Went about 3 miles and same thing.

2001 toyota tundra radio not working. Cleaned battery terminals up and still nothing on radio and clock. Popped hood open to check fuses and noticed corrosion on positive battery terminal. Dome light and cig.
