So I went to the Google which told me my problem is worn out shifter bushings. No lock nut or anything like that eventually it will friction hold when tightening. Please let me know what you find and if you have any other questions good luck.

Luckily I got it back in park by playing with it but now it is so loose that I cant get it to move at all.
